Nepal Center for Engineering and Research
Founded in 2016, Nepal Center for Engineering and Research (NCER) is a Nepal-based civil engineering firm providing engineering and technical services in hydrology and hydraulics, traffic and highway engineering, and land development and urban planning. Our work encompasses research, planning, design, technical analysis, and project support across a range of infrastructure and development projects at home and abroad.
NCER brings together civil engineers, civil engineering and CAD technicians, architects, quantity surveyors, and other technical professionals, providing complementary expertise across different aspects of project development and delivery. In addition to our core engineering services, we provide drawings, calculations, and quantity surveying support to international consulting firms, contributing technical capabilities to projects in different markets.
NCER operates independently in Nepal while maintaining a permanent partnership with an international consulting firm. Through this partnership, we share organizational systems, engineering standards, quality-control processes, technical information, and marketing resources, while contributing to projects abroad and drawing on the partner firm's broader technical and professional resources. This structure enables NCER to maintain a strong presence in Nepal while participating in an international engineering environment.
