With this organisation, NCER work abroad for engineering and projects. In Nepal NCER work as independent engineering firm and as representative of the foreign consultant.

NCER provides high quality engineering technical support to its foreign partner companies, as well as drawings, calculations and quantity surveying, mainly in the area of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering (H&H), hydropower projects, highway engineering and including urban planning and land development projects.
